Join us for an exciting Zoom Introduction to Foraging presentation by Mrs. G!, Rachel Goclawski of Millbury.   Rachel will cover How to Select a Foraging Guide Book, What to Bring in your Foraging Pack, Foraging Safety, Identification Process, Nutritional and Medicinal Properties, Preparation and Preservation, Foraging Ethics and Sustainability, amongst other useful information to Beginners.

 Rachel is a naturalist, state-certified educator and an avid forager of wild foods. She is a contributing writer for “Now, Forager” in the Cook’s Cook magazine and has been featured in numerous publications, television and documentaries. She comes from a long line of foragers, including her great-grandfather, Arthur W. Fairbanks, founder of the Boston Mycological Club.  Her Facebook page, CookingWithMrsG is filled with foraging information and her etsy shop,  www.etsy.com/shop/cookingwithmrsg, is filled with products she makes from the wild.  You can also find Rachel on Instagram: CookingWithMrsG, Pinterest and You Tube.
